I only heard that Fire Belt for the Fire Starter and The Coconut looking Shell Item for the Water starter. So anybody found out about the others?

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the misprints for the starters? I have tried going in the Dex and switching to the other forms but it is not working. I also have come across the misprint form of Creeze multiple times and it won't even show up as a misprint for me at all. I even found an ultra shiny form and it wouldn't even let me have it. It's a very weird and annoying bug for me....
