I have everything besides multiplayer downloaded. When i attempt to launch, it states executing, then stops. Any ideas?

So recently I downgraded windows 11 and all my games still work except black ops 2 zombies. I can run MP but not zombies. When I try to open the game it says "updating executable" on steam, then stops. Ive reinstalled, verified files, even tried to install it on another drive and it doesnt fix. Any tips on what i can do? Edit: So you dont have to scroll, what fixed it for me was deleting the player folder in the black ops 2 folder. Hope this helps someone else!...
