Auber District Final Day

I am in the Auber District on the final day. There are a bunch of blue triangle event markers around. Except for the car and a sealed door there is nothing at any of them. The game guide says to press L2 at on of them, What is L2 code for? and what do I have to do to get through this area?

You're supposed to make FIO run a search on each of those areas. L2 is a button on your controller if you're using one (on the top right above the directional buttons). If you're using a keyboard, check the configuration and see what's L2. You should be able to configure the game to show the controls of the device you're using.
