Bug in training points?

Pyro, level 156, running solo
Isolated City, Endless, Difficulty 2
Died somewhere around minute 14
Points screen appears which takes me up to level 156
The Training Points says MAX
Select Training
I have no points to spend.

I have 1 badge at 3/5, another at 4/5
I also have 0/1 in Pyro<->Huntress

Do I need partners to get the Training points?

I have to be missing a game mechanic but I don't know what.

New run, 3 survivors.

You should be able to level him further. The current max Survivors levels are 173. This might have been a visual error on the run's endscreen, but just to be safe, you can always send us ( support@awesomegamesstudio.com ) your save game file ( YAZSGameSaveFile.es3 ) and we'll check if anything is out of the ordinary

On the second look, you might be mistaking the Survival Level (General skill tree) with Survivors' Levels (each character skill tree). The "MAX" in the green diamond shows you you've reached the maximal level of the general skill tree. Your Survivors level just fine - Medic has 4 points to spend (you can see them in the lower-right side of the screen in her skill tree).
