If you have purchased further add-ons, like the World Traffic and Color, or other airports, you will be able to select inside the menu which you'd like to start or use inside the game. You can set sounds, graphics, buttons, weather etc... You can also change these while you're playing, but we recommend to get familiar with this as first step.
