Email with login information gone

I accidentally deleted an email containing the login information for remote desktop. Can I get that back, or must I cancel that contract?

Assuming I can't:
To prevent this, I would consider adding the information to the contracts page as well, or just anywhere, and not only the email. Or, if possible, adding an undo function.
