Bugged and stuck at system installation course :/

I just got into the grind and after 3 hours the first undefeatable bug appears... System installation course. I can buy the license but it doesnt appear and I cant proceed the course. Even tried to reset the tutorial and the game and what not. So yeah, I am stuck and deeply disappointed because I cant keep playing without resetting my entire progress.

Hi there, we'll check this out, did you open the package that arrived on the countertop after you bought the licence and check on your phone to see if the licence showed up?
