Uncompleted OS Installation?

Loving this game, really! but it seems that i found a bug where when you install the OS and the applications for the customer and you send it back, they just give you 0 stars and the contracts menu says "are you sure you want to finish this contract without it being complete?" or something along those lines.

Is this known?

Same here, tried now several times based on the customer requests for OS, partition etc.

I have the same issue as of 2/8/25. 1 out of 3 install's completed without issue. hear is what might narow down the problem. the install that completed without issue only asked me to install the OS (No Apps). The 2 2 installs that say "are you sure you want to finish this contract without it being complete?" both ask me to install apps.
So I thing the issue is that its not seeing that I installed the reauired apps and keeps telling me the job isnt don.
