You have to take them during a run before they show in the collection.
Yes I understand the concept, but can you be more specific? I already have a green contract: Equilibirum. And Unique relic? Which one? From what I understand there's more than one
Update: Found both and basically they were relics I would skip over whenever I saw them. The "Green Contract" was Longevity which cancels out combos. The second one, the unique relic, was Lost Manuscripts of Millenial Wisdom which changes the special ability of the character every minute. Unique relics were thankfully easy to get thanks to the Vampire's Horn of the Wicked and just restarted the match until I saw the relic I didn't recognize
