Can anyone suggest me a Solo Tank build ?

Granted, I only have 88 hours. Into the pc version. but trying to go full skill build. for turrent. and drone. I am having zero luck on getting the memento backpack even after doing the weekly resets. to get exotic caches and from time to time I do countdown. but even grinding into gear proficiency up it's all draining plus half of the blueprints you can even unlock because you don't have the season. at this point they should just give you all the blueprints up into the new DLC whenever that comes out....

after the latest update they added achievements and i want to play it again. last i played this game a year ago, and i stopped playing it because it crashed so often and i lost my progress. is this problem still there?

I feel like The Division 2 is much easier than The Division 1, or maybe I'm crazy. And the game is weird.... i don't know how to explain. I'm just talking.......

Been a few weeks since they've added DZ brackets, have yet to be in a full DZ. No idea what they were thinking with this change.
