Could be DirectX 11, I can not make this game and Wargame: European Escalation work on DirectX 11 so Im using DirectX 9. I have a computer purchased this 2023. In my case is so bright I can not see anything.

This is correct, change DirectX to 9 worked for me. This is done in the Video settings

change in video settings to DirectX 9

Better yet if you want DX11. Click gear icon, browse local files, right-click on WarGame2.exe then go to Compatibility Tab. Check mark 'Disable fullscreen optimization'. Click Ok.

Start the game, do DX11 setup and enjoy not being blinded.
