Yes, Brightness Problem
high brightness with some colour on the side,,,
to switch to direktX9, but how??
or Alt+Enter, but only black screen
no other solution?

encountered that yesterday only way to fix was to switch to windowed full screen for some reason game hates normal full screen for me might help you if you try it
