Your eyebrow twitches - hopefully it's the ordinators finally closing that skooma-peddler down. As you draw closer, you notice that the highly stylized writing would not have been penned by any Tribunal enforcer. Curiosity gets the better of you and you spin on your heel to get a closer look.
