Pls help me to find a new game plus mod for TES : IV Oblivion, i want start new a game with same level and stats

NG+ For Oblivion??????????????????????????????????
You can get pretty much everything without any story progress. Unless it's a very specific item you want to have from the get go.

just getting bored, cause i'm already finish the main quest and DLC quest so i want new game with same stats and level

"... edit Attributes, skills, and gold ..." - level is not mentioned.

I can't say anything about it, and I've never downloaded / installed / used it myself.

Have you tried Nehrim (a total conversion of Oblivion)?
