Trouble with menu scroll
Whenever I try to scroll down any menu, for some reason it allways goes all the way down or all the way down, no normal scrolling.
If I try dragging the menu it just goes back all the way up without me doing nothing.
The worst part is that sometimes it completely disables the mouse, making it impossible to attack or block in any way.

I am new to the game but I have the exact same problem...Hope someone can help! I also have an issue where I get booted out of 1st person view and I can't return to it. Just a brief flash of it appears and then it's gone...What the heck!

I had this problem and it was a faulty scroll wheel on the mouse. Try a different mouse to rule that out.

Are you sure it's not a hardware or driver problem?

This does sound more hardware than software. A stuck or more likely a sticky key is also a possibility.

And as usual: Before trying anything else, verify your installation in Steam, to make sure there are no missing or corrupted files.
