I took off the Gray Cowl after acquiring 100K+ bounty, and now I can't fast travel unless I reload to an older save wtf. Even when I take off my Gray Cowl and move to another "cell", the game still refuses to let me wait and/or fast travel. I also forced my bounty to be set to 0 with console commands, but I get that error message and can't wait nor fast travel. I checked the UESP Wiki and no mention of such a bug. I usually play a tanky character with a huge sword, but this time while playing oblivion, it feels like the events that happen are very limited to swinging my sword at something, talking to people, repairing- rinse and repeat. I don't really steal anything and I don't break into people's houses, I don't have much of spells and I can't sneak good because of my heavy armor. These things used to not bother me but playing Oblivion like this has been... different......

Hi Everyone, I have ran into a weird bug in Oblivion. I would say my copy of oblivion but I have tried everything I can possibly think of to purge oblivion from my PC and install a clean version of it. The Bug: Character player is stuck in a falling animation and being dragged towards to an unknown point when idol. Moving does play the correct animation but at .01% the normal speed. I guess it would be the ones like turn undead, or control person. Anything along the lines of "do blah up to level blah". I never really use them because they seem stupid, but has anyone made a build using them? Things eventually go past the master level spell's maximum level, so are they all completely useless at that point? Basically no longer content in the game because you leveled too far?
