Has anyone played this recently in Windows 11? Any major issues?

Tried to get a refund because the game crashes during the first level, and was denied because apparently "theres no evidence that it crashes" WTF. Rediculous, I'm not the only person having this issue, is there a way to fix this permanently? Sick of this attitude that some people have >:(...

Am I just bad at it? No matter what I do I get caught before I leave the hotel.

I was really enjoying the game, despite all the bugs and glitches I faced during my playthrough. I had to use the patch to get past the "blue lights" early on, and had to do a few tweaks here and there too. That being said, I cannot for the love of God get past the final escape sequence! I tried everything: used the patch to give double time and it didn't changed anything; tried changing resolution, tried jumping, tried morphine, tried tweaking some stuff on AMD panel, tried mixing all these things togethe...
