I can't... So it's impossible to no hit this section and I just have to replay the whole game?

you can try not to die, or reload back to an older save that might be closer, otherwise, sadly you gotta restart the whole game

if you have a syringe, take it , then take any gun you have (or the knife if you don't), then drop it, take the syringe, when using the syringe, you will notice your character pressing the syringe , wait till he presses all the way down with his thumb, then , equip the gun (or melle) you just dropped while he is healing to cancel the animation, you will gain hp and stamina but should still have your syringe
