Nope that's controlled by the game map cuz it has spawn entities

I don't really see a reason to disable infinite zombie respawns since most of the time you can just lure them away as well as most official maps give you enough ammo and good melee while having a low amount of zeds.

It does depend on server usually. Sometimes it's the map or certain areas of the map that respawn. I just don't like it on certain maps like the one that starts you in the car tunnels and you have to gather various supples uptop after getting through. The ones where it's too narrow, ammo is extremely limited and you have nowhere to go to really lead them.

If you're still interested, they added a mutator to turn it off.
