One of the barricade points at the end of nmo_quarantine doesnt work

I can't place boards on the one point that is all by itself - the one next to the double gap where 3 boards are used. Ghost boards show on the doorway. There is no barricade point is blocked message for it either

I think this used to work. Maybe an update casualty?
