I read those two topics, but my issue/question still exists?
Great, now you can post a thread here, but you'll need to help us help you. Most of the time, people just post "help it doesn't work!". What is "it" you might ask? We don't know. The poster never told us. So it takes time for us to reply back, and view the topic when the answer is provided. This is among the many things which make it harder for us to provide support. So, I present to you, the format for helping us help you.
What is your issue exactly? What is the exact message? Do you have a screenshot? Can you reproduce this issue by repeatedly by doing one thing? What operating system are you running? What have you tried to fix it (ie: applying tweaks to your start up line and messing with the dev console would go here)? Does your computer meet the minimum requirements?
If you copy and paste this into your new thread, chances are we will be able to help much faster.

What happens after I post with that format?
Our forum moderators will review the thread and attempt to ask further basic questions and advise you further. Should a real issue be found, a game dev will be notified to take a look, and a github bug may be filled by the moderator if the issue is reproducible on his/her end.
