The other SNT.exe what you find in main folder Remedium Sentinels do nothing for me too.
First of all, Giant appologize for an issue...
Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce an issue on our machines but we tried some guessing and make couple of changes, can you please update game and give it a try?
After today's correction, I have the same thing. When trying to launch via SNT.exe returns the message - the plugin "VariantManagerContent" could not be loaded because the module "VariantManagerContent" could not be found. Please ensure the plugin is installed, otherwise consider disabling the plugin for this project.
Nothing happens through SNT-Win64-Shipping. No startup, no errors.

We tried to figure out with the dev, I sent log files and such what is the issue.
On me it seems the Unreal Engine 5.3 update cause the problem because it cant handle the DX11 as that is only available on Win7 and no DX12.
However I wonder what should cause the same issue on you? :P
Atm I can play on previous version, rolled back to the old branch.
You might try it too.
