So my friend is on PS5 and i'm on PC. We can play Co-op day one?

More likely.
We haven't a clue on what the requirements are for cross play, but more likely also need a Capcom account

yes
most likely we need a capcom ID to play online im gonna assume to be able to crossplay with all platforms

offline most likely will not need capcom ID

i think i read this of a capcom post so im 95% sure if you wanna be sure look it up
