Long sword users can be a bit annoying in multiplayer, constantly whacking players in their combos and getting themselves killed because they're stuck in their own combo, good reach though. Blunt weapons cause stun, more exhaust and part damage. Breaking parts causes stagger and they can be broken multiple times (you only get one material per part) so it'll probably make hunts easier. Play what you like though.

Dual Blades are fun, but the whole weeboo, anime movement/moveset they have is off-putting.
