I'll start with saying I have the direct download version from kagura not steam, so no patch needed. I've done everything the guides have said but no matter what I do I can't peek at the mayor though the window. Any help is appreciated

I have got all of everyone in town and other places and i got her to level 29 so now i need 6 more level's to break the level 35 barrier to bust on down the barrier and i can't find any more of the red ! some of them are blocked by barriers so it's impossible to get them so if you can give me tips to help me that well be nice?...
