I CANT GET ON THE BUS

ive been trying for over 20m to get on the bus, ive even looked to youtube for help and tried reinstaling the game and nothing works. ive interacting with all the posters like it said to do but the bus stop just wont work. can someone please help me

Check out this video, see if it helps ^^
All the videos on this game are most likely from before the first update. It changed the way the beginning with the bus stop works, my video is from after that update.
