Buying "COH2 - All Out War Edition", even though you already have the base game.

Hi,
are you able to activate the "COH2 - All Out War" Edition, even though you already have the base game in your Steam library?
And when you do, do you get all the DLC's and Generals?

Yes. You get all the dlc.
And all +43 money purchasable cmdrs.

Annd an extra copy of the game to gift.

Regular key : game, all dlc, all cmdrs.
Dlc key : basic coh2 w no dlc, no cmdrs.
