Plus, on many occasion people who do the ratings have many times been proven to not be "quite clear" why. Or simple where not aware.
And who knows, maybe this person loves Acerola games as well so they did this so ensure Germany doesn't ban this game. I am not from German, however, i saw many post on different sex related games on steam, that in Germany, said game or adult patch, was banned and can't be purchased
So going by your logic, One piece should be +18 aswell and be censored in germany because of fan service and gore.
Why are germans always so fragile?
it´s not about fragility it´s about Law, are all Law´s reasonable no, but American can propertly tell me more about that, to return your quip.
and One Piece is rated 12 as far as I know, cause the is no actual nudity and exessiv violence, in Germany we care about the mental health of children.
but about the game if all sexual themes where removed is the even a game left?
Obviously yes. you can purchase and play the game. turning it into a 18+ version is solely on you. what exactly are you trying to prove here with your fragility?
Else it would be banned on Steam, as Germany is on the same censor level like China since some years.
germany created a law a few years ago which made it impossible to legally get the uncensored versions of theese games on the steam shop even if your account is over 18 years old, cause you cannot "prove" that you are 18+ years.
yeah don't ask why thats the case its simply is.
even with games that have a free uncensored patch you in germany do not get to see this patch aviable, so if the publisher does not have one on their own website you only have a nice little game which you could even stream on twitch without any issues.
and with that you usually have an "unfished" product cause some(or maybe many) of theese games have a deeper "story" or "depth" if they would be (un)censored.
It is because of the law that children should not be able to buy adult stuff in store, but Steam decided to just geoblock games from store for Germany. Funny enough if you look at steam db, many games are now blocked only in 2 countries: China and Germany.
So Germany is now on same censorship-level as China.
