Don't get detected by other surgeons during this approach. Walk to the computer, and load the kill list. After a moment, the main surgeon should enter the room. He will look at the computer, and learn that Erich Soders killed his father.
3.Posing as the pilot, return to the back entrance of the hospital and get frisked by the guards. Stay here, and wait for the main surgeon (once he reads the file, he will also make a phone call while standing in the staircase).Once the main surgeon appears outside of the hospital, meet up with him, and travel to the pill stash . In this variant, the surgeon overdoses, taking more pills than necessary to perform the surgery.

It's so stupidly hard to get a surgeons disguise now

The original plot line was you were supposed to disguise yourself as Jason Portman and meet with a surgeon upstairs, that would get you the disguise for the rest of this chain.

For some reason they patched it out, the doctor you meet as Jason Portman is now just a normal doctor (but they didn't even change the dialogue, you are told you will be meeting with a surgeon) and yet all of the surgeons remain in the operating theater

Getting the surgeon disguise now requires you to either enter from the basement on the backside and lure them into the stairwell, or wait until you have a high enough level to just start as the surgeon outright

It's probably one of the dumbest changes they've made to the game

I know I'm joining in super late but since this thread is what came up when I googled how to do this, I just wanted to say that this particular change has been reverted as of the current version of Hitman 3/WoA

And just another note: you're posting in the Hitman (2016) forum, which can still be played as a stand alone game where it wasn't fixed.
