Did you hit the end? How much is in there right now either time or content wise. I booted up to check performance and controls but haven't gotten around to doing a run.

Not a great deal really, just the ability to get basic recruits and only run around on about 10% of the map. You can get strong enough to raid the smaller towns but it doesn't seem possible to take anything over, even if you kill the leader NPCs.
