So that; Techland decide to make something similar to Pubg and killed my gpu, I was able to get max 25-30 fps until some weeks ago that Dying Light released a patch under "old GPU fix" announcement.
No, it was never a bug or problem, it was literally a patch to kill old gpus to make/force people to buy new cards on purpose . That was like "barney".
And I am afraid, they are slowly taking that "hush money like" updates back to make us think yeah the game is great so I should upgrade my system. Just let me play it like old days that I play now. Leave us alone.
i can confirm too, it's working
My situation now gives me access to a laptop only so I sold my old pc which is a 9900k and 2080ti. Infact I don't see all the fuss in having a good desktop. I can play forza horizon 4, Dying light (before patch), and sleeping dogs, dirt 2 rock solid 60 FPS with my laptop. I play Jurassic world evolution at around 40 fps but thats because for a building game i don't need 60fps.
On the other hand games like dying light and tf2 needs to be at 60fps so I hope the devs will fix this soon.
