Is there a way to have more control over the tweaks you apply to a custom game? What I'm aiming at is very sensitive guards (hearing and sight) but having lower prices in stores on items and also allowing knocking out or killing non-hostiles (namely for testing things). Just more control over the basic game making some things more difficult and some things easier.
