The first patch for Crypt Custodian is here!
I wanted to focus on a couple larger issues first, and I'll be working on another patch that will focus more on a bunch of smaller tweaks and changes soon. The PC build doesn't seem to have many large issues, so many of the changes I've been working on are focused on some console-specific bugs as well and aren't listed below.

Changes:
-The item tracker upgrade now also lists any uncollected items in the room on the top left UI
-You can reset controls to default
-Buffed up the Slime Scraper upgrade
-Swapped the order of two map hints, to make one area less confusing
-In the Grief boss fight, a UI pops up if you don't figure out that you can dig under the spikes
-Fixed the "Kill a boss without taking damage achievement" so it triggers even if you don't start the fight at full health
-Fixed a couple very rare crashes (one when loading the tower boss fight in boss rush, and another that dealt with the low health UI)
-Fixed some typos
-Made a resolution change for Steam Deck, which should hopefully move it from playable to verified
-Prevented the miniboss in Mira's Basement from re-appearing
-Added icons for side mouse buttons

Just wanted to hop in and say thank you so much for the support during launch! Releasing a game is always super stressful, and I am so happy that the response to Crypt Custodian has been so positive. It really means a lot to me. I wanted to say a couple things relating to the release and what happens next with the game!

First- If you grabbed a copy of Crypt Custodian, please consider leaving a review! It helps a ton with visibility, and is pretty crucial for very tiny dev teams to get seen in such a crowded market. Crypt Custodian has been developed by just me (art/code/design) and my brother (music), so taking the time to do that would be massively appreciated!

Second, I'll be working on a patch with some tiny changes that I'll aim to put out this week. Thankfully I haven't had reports of any major bugs, so the changes will mostly be small tweaks and very minor bug fixes. If you spot any issues, please write it in the community discussions here on Steam! I keep checking back there and it's the easiest way for me to spot things and fix them! It's also worth posting there if you're stuck or lost at any point, I love to help out and chat about the game so feel free to post whatever there and I'll try to respond!

I've really enjoyed reading/watching everything that has come out from the release, and I appreciate the support so much! Five years ago I was working on my first game (Sheepo), hoping that it would at least make enough to pay back the $100 Steam fee that comes from uploading a game. And to know that I've been able to keep going and make games full time means so much.
