Game doesn't open

I can't launch the game. Steam says its running, then switches to syncing and then nothing happens. I tried -nosettingslimit -dx9 etc and still nothing. Everything is up to date. I have a AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT and Windows 10. Can anyone help?

+story rich—multiple cases, all interesting so far
+choice matters
+lovely graphics
+atmospheric
+immersive
+exploration

-some voice acting is over-the-top and silly, which can make it less immersing
-I would have loved to play in third person view but Sherlock’s arms move unnaturally while walking. It is very distracting 😅
