Not a game for me. Everything wise I thought the Wtcher and the Witcher 2 were better.

Mordor looks dumpy. The combat is slash away with light attack or force punch then light attacks until you have to press y or right click to parry or maybe throw a dodge in then slash away some more. There is some assassination but I found it meh. Most of my death comes from my bow so I am mostly clearing space to force grip then rapidly head shotting orcs. And that is the game. There are action mmorpgs with better combat systems.

The story was an offshoot of Lotro and the Silmarillion. I didn't find it exceptional but if the combat feels good the story just fills holes to get from one phase of the game to another so a passable story is good enough.

This is probably just not my kind of game. Most people like it. I moved on after 8 hours.

This game is amazing!!! One of the best games I have played in 2024! The battles felt amazing and lowed rather well. The voice line we so well done and interesting. The story was good but felt short (there were way more side quests to do rather than the 20 main missions. The Nemesis system was epic. Wish more game had this. Over all I give this game 98/100 MUST BUY!.
