Am I a psycho?

I feel like a crazy person that every time I'm watching the warp spin up I'm hoping that if one of my rings is misaligned too much that the little ball will just fly out the side of it and I'll have to go weld up a few holes from the catastrophic malfunction. Like, I'm crossing my fingers every time that it just goes kabluey

Having the ship suddenly ♥♥♥♥ up is rather cinematic. It's kind of a pain but when the ship lights suddenly go red and you stop in your tracks from an asteroid I do find that cool as well.

If it spun up wrong, there would not be anything to fix... in this dimension anyway. You'd be around the Multiverse. Or at least all your pieces would be.

I mean, that sounds amazing.

like, if you jump to warp while still flying, and you get hit by an asteroid, it knocks the rings out of alignment and it sends you wildly off course to some random other planet within range.
