Steam is introducing a new policy, where publishers must follow-through with their DLC promises. The Japanese dub for the new characters was part of the promised additions for the season pass, yet there's still no news on when they'll be added. Whenever I ask them to show me what they can, they either play it on console, own the game but never played, or only played a few hrs.

I'm with this strangely collab in my head for 2 years ago and I question now... Is possible or a good idea a collaboration with this two games?
