Need Help with a config.ini (Hack For Mickey)

So in the config file there's a setting to "EnableHackForMickey" After setting it on, restarting the game entirely, putting weapon debug to true, it still does not work. Does anyone know how to fix it? How to enable it?

I use config File for that, there it is totally effective, if for some reason you commit something that makes the game go wrong you can uninstall it and reinstall it so that the settings restart
