Free To Play Card [Help Me Thanks]

Hello all people watching the movie. I bought the DLC pack. But i not found the card. one of you guys found the card? if yes, how you obtained, please tell me how obtained.
I contact steam assistance for resolve this, And the response of assistance is: I resolve your problem please recconnect on your dota profile with your ID and the problem is resolved. But when i logging again i not found the cards. Pleas people one of you say how to dropp the cards of this movie? thanks before for response you give me

Hello Tako i finally have the response of the Valve assistance, and you are not suitable
and we not have the possibility to change this status. Ok but how we can suitable? plz share this question at your friend and all people have the same problem report in the assistance of steam, we have the right to have what we paid share this post all people of steam buy the free to play DLC.
