I really like the city cam addition. It'd be cool if it was moving video rather than stills, but don't walk before you can run, eh? :P
I have been waiting so long to play this game on the computer ...you all do not dissapoint! I love it. I would like to play multi player though but I am sure that is soon to come.

Mac support?

I love the game in the Steam / PC format. I've been playing it on mobile for a while and am glad to see it on the big screen. Thanks very much for this.
I've been playing tonight and the only annoying situation I had was when zoomed into a country, I couldn't see dna / cure items popping up in distant countries. Had to zoom out and try to find it quick to click on the item. Apart from that, no major issues.

On another note:
The thought occured to me today that it would be nice to play as the good guy. How easy would it be to add a scenario to play as the science team preventing the disease? That would be a pretty cool addition.

All in all though, love the port so far and will gladly give further feedback as I play through the game.

Fuller's idea on playing as the science team would be amazing. Even more if there could be a Multiplayer version of that. Imagine playing against someone else :D

Considering Pandemic 2 was inspired by the board game, well we've come full circle haven't we :)

It's not a bad idea but realistically the mechanics the current game is based around simply don't translate into making it work the other way. It's not a simple matter of say "making the red team, blue" and you're done. It would be a totally different game.

I think you should watch out regarding the coding when (if) you do localizations.
In Germany, we have this funny "Umlaute" like ä, ö, ü and in the mobile version they simply dissappeared, so it read e.g. Trkei instead of Türkei for Turkey.

A borderless window option (in addition to fullscreen + windowed) would be awesome!

Also, so far I'm disappointed regarding the "blinding graphics" featured on the store page of the game!

I don't think "full 3D disease model", "city cams [...] at street level" and "body scanner highlighting the full effect [...] organ by organ" are living up to expectations, yet.
I hoped to actually see people get sick on the city cams. See the 3D disease model reflect all the changes whenever it evolves, etc. and most of all: I hoped the body scanner would be a detailed model of the human body where you could really see what happens for each transmutation, ability, etc. So far they don't feel like part of the game to me.

Are the three (3D disease model, body scanner and city cams) final, yet? Or is there a lot of change to be expected?

Someone in the hub came with the idea of having a 3D view in which you can see people get infected by your virus. This would add a lot of depth to the game.

My own idea would be to add a Linux and Mac build plus adding some kind of weather system in the game like a rainy weather system of hurrican landing on-shore which might cause some deaths just to create the relealism but still keep it arcady :)

My personally opinion tells me that the 3D models are just there so people can play the game.

Currently it's too easy to 'break' the game (both pc and mobile) by devolving any symptoms you develop until every person has been infected and then just use the stockpile of DNA points to buy your way to organ failure.

I appreciate this and you are right. What looks good on paper usually turns out to be a nightmare in reality. It was just a thought I wanted to throw out there. I did however like Billy the Kids idea. But it's the difference between half life and counter strike. It's a whole new game as you said.

Naturraly nascent and dying people.

Get it to Mac and Linux 1st so Mac and Linux users can help find bugs too.
