This game scratches the Tarkov itch really well while being a little more forgiving to play. This game does not require a crazy amount of time in game to learn, it's fairly easy to pick up and start playing and be moderately good in. I love the aspect that you can choose to play more mission oriented with vendor tasks than how Tarkov does it.

Some negative reviews are founded, this is what I agree with: the AI can be stupid quick to headshot you from very far away, the game is demanding and frame rate can drop at times, and a lot of the world seems to be fairly empty vegetation.

Mostly, all of these negative points are overcome through gameplay. For example, you quickly learn how to engage the AI to not get killed really easily. Adjusting graphics settings depending on your set up. The cities and towns are so well designed and full of exploration and exciting gunfights.

My only real complaint is to have a slightly more well rounded library of firearms to choose from. Adding something like a 20in AR option to clone an M16 type rifle would be neat to see.

Overall, I would recommend playing this to anyone who wants a slightly more relaxed extraction shooter experience that is more focused on playing with friends but entirely able to be played single player as well.

Early game is not to bad, start getting late game and the AI is so unbalanced it becomes an awful grind, take a single shot to the left shoulder its gg insta dead, not to mention that the AI know where you are all the time. The game could be great but nothing has improved with the unbalanced AI since the game launched in EA.

The game's concept is nice, a kind of PvE FPS.

A bit like an MMO but FPS. You have 3 factions that can engage in PvP.
Unfortunately, it happens that some player from other factions will keep camping you.
Camping you. Every. Single. Time. I tried playing it but kept getting shot down every time I got out of the Heli in the starting village (let's call it "Newbie Village).

Imagine being a new player, try to learn the game in the Newbie Village. Bam, you get headshot from nowhere.
One time, sure. Two times, okay why not ? Three times ? Let's go through the other entrance of the "Newbie Village".
Four times ? And the same player ? This must be team killing or something. So you start reporting the guy, nothing changes. The player might've been kicked, but then there's another player.

Hopefully it gets better, because it's almost unplayable unless you play when there's not a lot of player connected (less chances of being confronted with this type of situation) or you play on another server located on the other side of the globe.
