Played the demo, here's a list of things that I found that may need changing

Hi! I know it's tough out there as an indie dev, so I thought I'd give some criticism from my (albeit short) time playing the demo. Movement: 1. A couple things about the movement could be improved. Currently the character does a barrel roll on the ground after every jump while running around. It's quite jarring as it makes the camera shake in a sort of unnatural way that's not pleasant on the eyes. trouble talking to villagers

so when I first started the game, I talked to the guard BEFORE clicking on the quest in the journal, then the game would not accept the quest as completed and would not let me talk to the guard again, or talk to the mayor. i quit and started a new game, clicked on quest first before talking to the mayor, and it was accepted. Then I went to talk to the mayor and he told me to talk to the villagers. I went and talked to two villagers, and they both asked me to wishlist the game on steam, and I agreed to...

unplayable

Always need to manualy activate a quest to progress but the dialogue is available anyway. But doing that will softlock the progress because the game won't repeat the dialogue or recognize it was already done. Dispite restarting the game and going through the annoying dialogues (especially the high pitched blabbering) the farming won't work because every tile is gray and it's not possible to use the how. Only pickaxe, axe and scythe are working but only outside of the grid-mode....

Problems

So had no issues talking to the guard and the mayor but cant talk to the 4 villegers it wants me to talk to, tried moving around to different spots and still nothing. The camera movement when you jump is really jarring, made me a bit motion sick to be honest....
