update??! cannot play?!

Since launch, there's alot of ups and downs but the Developer managed to solve accordingly. I love the artstyle and gameplay of this game. Not to mention, the story are very astoundingly good. I do hope this game will have more story on monthly basis atleast.

Originally, I'd have recommended the game, but currently, especially after the connection issues, I cannot. It's been almost a full day and Steam Users still can't connect.

On top of that, the newly added items created a power-creep that somehow goes beyond Korean gacha expectations.

I'll still play it casually, but I won't be surprised if the game starts to bleed more. It was relatively F2P with gradual leaps in power. Even the Halo wasn't too bad, but now we've got too much crap and not enough currencies. Increase the daily mission gems to 240 or 360 if you're going to add more.

We've got: Halos, Signature Halos, El Cid (Literally just Halo #2), Signature El Cid, Weapons, Signature Weapons, Characters/Fate, Characters/Element, and Characters/Rarity as all different factors, on top of the relic grind and difficulty curve, especially for newer players.

If you're a new player, you're effectively left behind thanks to all the new garbage.

The only thing that currently offsets SOME of this new BS is the 100-days event giving out free 5 star selects and all that.

What could they do? Add craftable 5 star weapons and a type of guarantee for past signature items. Why follow standard gacha conventions? The most "free" way would be to have some unique 'past' banner that updates monthly, so at least one can roll for a character they want. There are dozens of ways to be different in a saturated space.

The other thing is that eventually learning Dragon Blaze lore, that the writing might end up as a mess, like with all Korean stories. Especially because ASTRA is the prequel to Dragon Blaze.
