Ok, i've unlocked the D20, but how can i have it on isaac now?
I've unlocked it as an item in the treasure rooms, but i know that isaac unlock this item as his own from the start, how?

the item what isaac start is D6 and i don't remember how to unlocked it

The D6 is unlocked by beating the Cathedral as ??? (aka Blue Baby). Isaac will start with it immediately once it's unlocked.

The D20 is another item and isn't related at all.

ayoo i have the same problem i have just unlocked the d20 but isacc still has the d6 how am i supposed to fix thiss😭😭

Once the d6 is unlocked, issac will never start with the d20. The d20 is not related to isaac in any way

The only issue here is believing Isaac can start with the D20. He can't.
