Can't progress in game

Steam success got unblocked but the game seems it can't save my progression. For example, I just beat the positive and ??? right now with isaac, and still, it doesn't count when I run the game again (postive not pictured on the post-it with isaac)
Same with Bethany, i unlocked her, but I can't play her because the game is stuck at one point.

No mod active right now, I may have use some at one point (AB+, translation...)
Steam runs in admin mod.

It's awful.

Sounds like a paranoid antivirus prevents the game from editing its save file.
Tell your to ignore Isaac and Steam entirely.

under windows defender 10, both boxes private and public are allowed for both binding of isaac rebirth and steam.
I think the issue started when I got the last DLC, but not sure about it.
The three DLC are all active.

But i agree I have a problem with writing saves. On BG3 or Hitman 3 for example, i need to be in admin mode to play the game, and Don't starve original solo version just doesn't work at all.

I can't figure it out, it drives me crazy lol
