Today I launched isaac to find my file wiped, I restored it from the backup in the documents folder and all seemed well, but then I got some magdalene unlocks and didn't get the achievements for them. I've tried going into the secrets menu (about 300 times), relogging into steam, reinstalling the game and verifying integrity of game files but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on and how to fix it? Do I have to beat mom again with mods disabled to reenable achievements due to the save file restoration or what?
