my afterbirth + dont start and dont working
i installed the fiend folio mod in my afterbirth + game got crush and i deleted all mods but game not working (afterbirth and rebirth working) i uninstall all dlc even permanently deleted afterbirth + in game files no more mods but afterbirth+ not working i just see black screen and game closet i play in mac.

You have to delete the mod files manually off your computer after unsubscribing from the mod. I'm not sure where they'd be located on a Mac, but on Windows they can be found in Documents -> My Games -> Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods

You have to find them and delete them or Afterbirth+ will never start again, regardless of whether you reinstall it. The crash happens when it tries to load workshop mods made for Repentance (most of them are).
