Release time changed

Am I the only one that noticed that the release time changed? Steam said an hour ago that it would be releasing in less than an hour. Now its at 3 hours until release.

I noticed too, what the... honestly counting the hours they showed on Twitter it wasn't going to be out but I thought they managed to do it, seems like it's gonna be 7AM as it was supposed to...

Well that's stupid, did someone screw up which time they input on Steam for when the game would release then?
I sure would've liked to know it'd be THAT late, wouldn't have wasted my time staying up for it if I did.
