A solo-only Nioh with a "puppeteer" mechanic?

What the heckin' heck is this game? It looks nonsensical and/or as though a lot has been lost in translation...

This is an action RTS game, you fight on the field but also give command to your troops.

Both Nioh and this game use the same themes ie Japanese mythological Yokai. That's all they have in common.

This game is an action RTS, where you control a named character as well as troops at the same time. It's hella fun, haven't seen a game like this ever since... probably Brutal Legend from WAAAAAAAAAY back... or Overlord, even further back...

We need more action RTS' like this, there are truly too few.

Isn't Nioh solo to begin with? Beat the game solo and saw no co-op options whatsoever...

Nioh has full coop. It has coop where you can be summoned like Dark Souls and you fight together until one of you die. Or you can also do an expedition, which means you start the level together and can resurrect each other and it has full progression for both.
