No level system. Only upgrades.

You earn these upgrade points that you can spend on all the different classes to upgrade them, or to upgrade your playable character. It's similar to leveling, but not the traditional exp points.

It's basically a RPG in disguise, there's so much upgradable stuff that you are basically, yes, levelling! I love traditional turn-based RPGs and this game is tickeling every box for me.
